- How do I place a gift order?
- When you check out online, enter the gift recipient's address in the shipping address fields. You can even include a gift message
provided on the address page at checkout. Your message will be printed on the packing slip enclosed with the order.
- What shipping options do you offer?
- Most gifts will be shipped via UPS Ground. Delivery of items that require special handling (such as furniture) will ship through one of
our preferred freight carriers. See shipping policy.
- How should I handle returning a gift?
- Please see our return policy.
- Do you sell gift certificates?
- Unfortunately we do not offer gift certificates at this time.
ORDERS, DELIVERY & RETURNS
- How do I know if my items are available immediately?
- The Mothology website reflects current availability. Out-of-stock items are unable to be added to the cart. If you would like to be
notified when the out-of -stock item becomes available, you may email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. When the item returns to stock,
we will notify you by email.
- How will I know that you've received my order?
- Once items have been ordered, you will receive an email confirmation summary of your order. We will also email you when your order
ships and provide you with tracking information.

- How do I ship to an address other than my billing address?
- Shipping to another address that is different from your billing address is easy. Simply enter the desired destination in the
shipping details at checkout.
- Do you ship overseas?
- At this time we only ship to the US addresses (including HI and AK), Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico and Canada.
- Where I can find details on returns and cancellations?

- How do I cancel my order completely?
- To cancel an order, please contact our office via email at email@example.com or by phone at: (404)351-6484, within 24 hours of
order submission to request cancellation.
- How long does my refund take?
- Refunds generally take 48-72 hours to post; however, it may take one to two billing periods before the refund shows up on your
credit card statement.

- Your card is charged at the time your order is placed.
- Which credit cards do you accept?
- We do accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal.
- Is my credit card information secure?
- Yes, we encrypt all credit card information during transmission through our secure gateway. Mothology.com is PCI compliant.
- Will I be charged tax on my order?
- Customers with a biling address in Georgia will be charged the applicable sales tax. All other states are currently exluded.
- Mothology is commited to providing high-quality products. We carry merchandise that is manufactured from reclaimed materials
and/or crafted to look vintage. See individual product details for more information.

- No, we do not sharing information with any other bussiness or partners.
- How do I remove my name from your mailing list?
- Very simple: just open one of our email newsletters, scroll to the bottom and hit: "Unsubscribe from this list"
- Do I need to create an account to place an order?
- No, you do not need to create an account to place an order, simply checkout as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to
keep track of your previous purchases and easliy place new orders.
- What types of web browsers does your website support?
Our website supports majority browsers: IE, Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari, IPad, IPhone, Android, etc. However, if you experience
